2008 GE China FMP Leadership Workshop

活动概述
DESCRIPTION   

该项目是由通用电气(中国)有限公司组织的为期一天的培训互动活动.其旨在帮助学生挖掘

其领导潜能并为他们将来融入商业环境进行准备.学生在该活动中将得到通用电气提供的领

导能力指导和领导力项目经验分享.我们还将通过一系列的互动活动来教授学生许多个人及

职业发展所必须的关键技能.
GE China FMP Leadership Workshop is a one-day event led by General Electric (G

E). It targets to unleash university students’ leadership potentials and open

the window to the business world.
During the workshop, GE professionals will provide valuable advices to student

s and share leadership experiences from daily business practice. Meanwhile, a

series of interactive activities will help students to enhance understandings

of leadership traits, and strengthen essential skills to win personal growth a

nd career development.

人员录取:   录取将主要基于对申请人提交申请材料的综合考核

活动内容
CONTENT


• 通用电气和财务管理培训生 (介绍通用电气公司, 帮助学生了解财务管理培训生

项目如何协助通用电气的公司发展及如何为个人提供职业发展的空间)
GE and Financial Management Program (FMP) (Introduction of GE and FMP. Present

ing how FMPs contribute to business growth, and develop leadership traits with

endless opportunities)

• 通用电气所注重的领导才能 (讲解公司内部领导才能的精华要点)
Leadership in GE (Unique leadership competencies, values and traits from GE)



• 互动活动 (包括案例分析,沟通游戏等一系列互动活动.旨在帮助学生了解如何利

用团队的力量来解决问题并被其他团队认可)
Interactive Session (Series of interactive case study with games to promote im

portance of teamwork through problem solving and business presentations)

• 经验分享 (通用电气财务管理培训的毕业生将介绍其在培训期间的成功经验及海

外工作经历)
Experience Sharing (A session to share successful FMP stories as well as overs

eas opportunities and experience)

• 问答时间 (通用电气员工与学生进行自由讨论及问答)
Q&A Session (An informal session for students and GE professionals to discuss

topics of interest)


如何申请
APPLICATION

• 准备中英文个人简历 (置于一个.doc格式或 PDF 格式文件中)
Resume in both English and Chinese ( Put in one .doc/.pdf file)
• 简历文件命名：姓名_大学_专业名。例如：张鹏_浙江大学_国际贸易.pdf
Name your resume as: 姓名_大学_专业名. E.g. 张鹏_浙江大学_国际贸易.pdf
• 下载并填写开放问题表格( 包括个人基本信息和三个开放型问题)
Download and finish open question form ( including basic information and 3 ope
